Poor Annette, having to share her special death day with Margaret Thatcher. For what it's worth, I think Funicello was a MUCH better mouseketeer than Thatcher. As far as the beach movies, that might be a closer contest. Little known fact... Margaret Thatcher was originally cast opposite Frankie Avalon in Bikini Beach, but had to back out at the last minute. Oh how different the world would be. But fear not, Ms. Funicello, for your death was not in vain.
